Awesome recipe  for our Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow a sweet and tart sorbet. The only thing that took a little time was straining the cranberry's after being cooked and blended. Dyron's Lowcountry

Not too long ago I took Images of Dyron's Lowcountry in Crestline Village Mtn. Brook, Al for B Metro Magazine. Chef Randall impressed me from the start, the meals looked and tasted scrumptious . (Well all but the shellfish as I can't eat any of that without an epipen near by.)  Having worked with many chefs throughout the years I got the sense right away that not only did he care about the ingredients, and how the food tasted but was also putting together some beautiful plates for Camera. Simple, fresh and as you can see below the food looks amazing.

Farm to Chef Cookbook


 I am excited to say that I have teamed up with Debby Maugans to produce a cookbook that is about food moving from Farm to Chef.  The book will be based in Asheville,NC featuring farms, chefs and the beautiful scenery of Asheville. What's not to like? She's a great writer, I get to eat and photograph some great fresh food and I get to travel around a amazing part of the country meeting some great people.  I love working on cookbooks!
